with Verity
I’m Verity. I first started riding when I was three-years-old.
My mother had a horse and I used to go with her to the stables.
It just seemed to develop from there.
I went to Winton Street stable for lessons.
I was in the Pony Club. I went to all the shows and events.
I used to work at Jevington Place Stables for Yvonne. That’s
where I now keep my horse.
I think I like eventing more than anything. It’s
great fun. I like the excitement.
I would like to go to Germany to train with one of their
experts. Maybe one day.
In the meantime, I’m very happy at Jevington. I think
it’s the best place on the South Downs.
