Bob Milton resigns!*Bob Milton has resigned as the British Horse Society’s District Access and Bridleways officer for BHS North Hampshire due to being excommunicated by HCC whilst acting lawfully in his capacity for the BHS under s130 of the Highways Act 1980 [obstruction of a Bridleway] and on other legal issues associated with equestrians and the BHS.*

Says Steve YandallThe news of Bob's "excommunication" is typical of the insidious manner in which the UK moves away from democracy. Middle England is guilty of aiding this in failing to exercise basic freedoms.

What was Bob guilty of? Drawing attention to problems that should not have been there in the first place and for which any 'fair and reasonable' authorities response would have been "can you help us get it right"?

Instead Hampshire,as they did with Maureen Comber,chose to ignore the right and proper representations made to them and make both parties 'voiceless'. Orwellshire more like!
