Bob Milton writes to Defra

"I am confused that part of the Commons Registers mapped for CROW and subject to s15 do not appear on the commons register overlay.

"Three I have recently found are Bramshill Hampshire CL165 where no registration is shown, and Ockley Bog CL32 and Hankley part CL12 which are shown as s15 ie s193  applies but are not registered  as well as CL245 which is shown as voided on the Commons Register probably mistakenly but is shown as s15.

"The only records of partial revocation are by the Ministry of Transport for the A3 widening and as such the deeds are still in place.

"There seems to be no record of the exchange land being registered or mapped."
