It only applies to residential buildings so does nothing for the rural or commercial communities.

Farmers, equestrians and other like local authorities with land whether for agriculture or for public recreation will still be at the mercy of illegal encampments, travellers and fly grazing.

Why did this government not treat all types of squatters the same.
