Says Adrienne Yentis

Says Adrienne YentisA friend of mine recently was riding on the heath
and she came across a group of cattle strung out across the bridlepath with no way through – the only way off was to turn round. Fortunately her horse

Petition to No 10.

Department for Communities and Local Government writes to Tony Barnett

"DCLG now considers this correspondence to be at an end.".

Says DCLG

Says DCLGYour e-mail has been forwarded to Department for Communities and Local Government (DCLG) complaints.

You have been previously informed that Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA) leads on the policy of Common Land and if you have further enquiries on that subject, you could contact them.

DCLG now considers this correspondence to be at an end.

Yours sincerely,
Departmental Complaints Department for Communities and Local Government

Comments Tony Barnett

The complaints were in regard to the Fraudulent activities of local councils, using common lands as collateral and colluding with others, so quite rightly No 10 and DEFRA state that this is for Eric Pickles, who's signature or comment is on your reply.

Says Tony Barnett

Says Tony BarnettI will answer thus and reiterate my statement and that of defra and No 10; because common lands were given a minor mention, the complaints, were in regard to the Fraudulent activities of local councils, using common lands as collateral and colluding with others, so quite rightly No 10 and DEFRA state that this is for Eric Pickles, who's signature or comment is on your reply.

May I also comment that there is no identity of the author of the email sent to day.

This email from the offices identified under "yours Sincerely" will be copied to No 10 and the chief whips office.

Will you please notify Eric Pickles of my past and this correspondence, and please include the identity of yourself, I am entitled to this information.

How unbelievably arrogant is that? Who the hell are they to say when a correspondence is at an end? Who employs them? Who pays them?

How unbelievably arrogant is that?

Who the hell are they to say when a correspondence is at an end?

Who employs them? Who pays them?

It's exactly the same downward shift in attitude that you now find in local government, where the "Service" part of "Public Service" has been pushed aside, and replaced by "Rule". It's not acceptable, and they need to be sharply reminded of their place.

"Yet another example of the 'accused' judging their own case "

Says Steve Yandall

Says Steve YandallYet another example of the 'accused' judging their own case and those in a position to demand change avoiding the creation of accountability.

These are serious allegations and thus deserve a VERY serious investigation or look to Magna Carta, article 61 ,which confers legal powers on the public to resolve, via the monarch, poor governance through "lawful rebellion"!

We moved to a Shropshire location a year ago having surveyed the local OS map and noted the significant number of bridleways around the property. Sadly the map appears a total fiction. Scarce any of the bridleways are usable ........... read more
