Maureen Comber's ASBO row with Hampshire County Council

Information Commission turns down Maureen's Appeal

Says Maureen ComberSays Maureen Comber

"The system is geared against us. "

Tony Barnett writes to Michele Voznick,
The Information Commissioner's Office

The evidence both Mrs Comber and myself have applied for and the manner of the lawful persistence, cannot be vexatious, but exercising our democratic rights.

Says Tony Barnett

May I, as knowledgeable person on common land issues/law and conveyance and the fraud act where false representation, failure to disclose and abuse of office is obviously apparent, inform you that your retention is undesirable in the interest in common land legislation and public rights.

The phrase "Vexatious" is inappropriate where the FOI for information on common lands ownership/lawful occupation is misplaced, but demanding access to documentary evidence, containing information to show proof of claims.

I too have demanded evidence of HCC claims, ie copies of pre-registration of title deeds to pre-date 1189(see Paul Stafford) conveyance and in what manner it took effect.

If being vexatious, your words, is your way of character assassination, it fails, whereas the tactics of your office through maladministration fits perfectly.

Section 3-2 of the 1965 CRA states that the matters relating to common land registration shall be available for public inspection, as there is no legal owners to identify, then, fraud through false representation is apparent, section 4-1 of the same act demands evidence of ownership of common land on application for registration, none can be disclosed.

In the circumstances, the evidence both Mrs Comber and myself have applied for and the manner of the lawful persistence, cannot be vexatious, but exercising our democratic rights.

Applicant; candidate, contestant, entrant,claimant,audition-er, we have also made requests and carried out research before approaching HCC and yourselves, in none of the approaches for information, according to my Thesaurus, is not vexatious, perhaps brain in gear first would be appropriate?
