I am still waiting for replies to my recent complaints to Hampshire County Council. It appears the LGO cannot investigate these until I receive the replies!
Surely the clock is ticking?

"Dear Judith,

It is now nearly ten weeks since I wrote to the CEO through you, but I have not had a reply answering the questions in my letter.

I have also received a letter from Karen Murray asking me not to contact them which I have attached FYI.

I would be grateful if I might at least know when I can expect a response?

Another complaint was made and sent to you on 22nd February 2012 with regard to Cradle Lane which is nearly eight weeks ago. Again although I have had acknowledgement of receipt, no reply has as yet been forthcoming.

I would be grateful if you could respond to that as well.
