This is a National problem and should be the concern of all MP's where there is common land in their constituency.
I have to ask why is the government not listening to its own MP's? Where is the localism? Where the transparency? Where the justice?
"How can the ordinary man maintain his rights in law if he is not supported by it and it is not enforced"?
I am trying to help you as the Coalition Government so bravely working to right so many wrongs. Please support your own policy and stop these Quangos from
taking over. This is State controlling the people. That is not 'the right thing to do' because we are supposed to live in a democracy.
It is beginning to look as if localism and the 'Big Society' was just an election gimmick.
Can this Nation afford or does it really need an organisation like Natural England? How many layers of government departments does the taxpayer really need to support,
which all deal with the environment? Natural England, Environment Agency, Forestry Commission and an inordinate number of Wildlife Trusts. If you are really intent on
redressing the budget balance then please look at these sooner rather than later.
