If not how can the ordinary man find justice because it is far too expensive for individuals to take action through the courts particularly when there are so many mistakes.

Where perceived wrongs cannot be examined and put right more injustice occurs and unfortunately it seems to me that we are now at the bottom of the trough dug deeper by the last Labour government.

So much for localism and the Big Society, it clearly cannot work.
