I note that SWT are progressing a consultation regarding the Common.
I wonder what you are basing that consultation on as a lawful confirmation of ownership has,as yet,not been exposed to scrutiny and the progression of consultation,without ownership,must represent,in my view,false representation?
As SWT are aware post 1189 deeds represent vested rights,not ownership rights, and that has an unequivocal impact on the legality of any management regime not enshrined in law already.
