Says Steve Yandall I noted the Yateley Common dialogue in Horsey Talk and wondered just how a court would define it?

Is the 5 year span of a government a guide?
Is,in a natural context,the lifespan of a bluetit a guide?
Is human gestation a guide?

It seems EXTREMELY convenient to base temporary on the 10 year grant funding cycle as the moment funding dries up the interest in the land also goes however,were that the case ,if an imposition ran the length of a contract it would not be temporary but would be permanent within that contract!

There is a pressing need for a legal definition however in the case of Yateley temporary has no pertinence as there is no legal justification for any imposition at all.
