- I now apply under the Freedom of Information act 2005 for documentary evidence to support your offices claims to ownership/legal lease of Frensham Common lands and waters.

I have not had confirmation at any time from your office, I have however obtained from the archives of the National Trust all of the records available, plus a statement from Ms Allan-Jones that there are no title deeds to Frensham Commons,the chairman Simon Jenkins has no further statement to make, I now apply under the freedom of Information act 2005 for documentary evidence to support your offices claims to ownership/legal lease of Frensham Common lands and waters.
Failure to disclose is fraud, details provided under the 2006 fraud act which, no doubt the ICO may mention.
