Waverley Borough Council bows to Tony Barnett's demands but say they "do not intend to respond further" to any of his statements or allegations

The ‘no horse riding’ signs are being taken down but Waverley Borough Council claim they "have been in the process of being removed for quite some time."

Tony BarnettWell, they would say that wouldn't they ?

Tony Barnett writes to Daniel Bainbridge,
Borough Solicitor, Democratic & Legal Services Waverley Borough Council

PERHAPS, NO, YOU SHOULD OBTAIN THE SERVICES OF A "CREDITED CONVEYANCE SOLICITOR".

I HAVE THE LR DOCUMENTS WHICH ARE BY-WAY OF DIS-CREDITED LEASES.

STILL YOU FAIL TO DISCLOSE THE "PROPER" LEASE AGREEMENTS" FROM NT, WHICH OF COURSE THEY HAVE ISSED A DIS-CLAIMER.

READ THE APPLICATION BY JANE BOWDEN, THE APPLICATION ALTHOUGH MADE UNDER FALSE REPRESENTATION WAS ONLY FOR THE BARROWS.

AS THE LGO DO NOT INVESTIGATE FRAUD, THE CLAIMS BY ME HAVE NOW GONE BACK TO THE FRAUD SQUAD TO INVESTIGATE THE LEASEING OF COMMONERS RIGHTS FOR PROFIT.

AS THE SIGNAGE IS ALSO UNLAWFUL, STEPS ARE BEING TAKEN UNDER SCHEDULE 4 PARA 6..

CONTACT THE REDISTRATION AUTHORITIES HELEN GILBERT, SHE HAS STATED THERE IS NO, DEFINITIVE OWNER REGISTERED TO FRENSHAM COMMON CL87, THIS WILL BE THEAT THE CENTRE OF ANY COURT HEARING.

The ‘no horse riding’ signs have been in the process of being removed for quite some time by the site ranger, prior to your interest in this matter, and further removal is not in any way a result of your demands.

With the above being the case I do not intend to respond further to your statements and allegations, and any further communication from you to the Council should be addressed to the Head of Community Services and Major Projects, Mr Kelvin Mills, at Waverley Borough Council, Council Offices, The Burys, Godalming, Surrey, GU7 1HR. I and my colleagues are instructed not to respond to you on this matter.
