LATEST INFORMATION IS THAT JANE BOWDEN, THE PERSON EMPLOYED AT WAVERLEY COUNCIL DID NOT, GET WRITTEN APPROVAL FROM THE NATIONAL TRUST IN ORDER TO APPLY TO PINS FOR WORKS ON FRENSHAM COMMON.
THE NATIONAL TRUST AS I HAVE UNCOVERED DO NOT OWN THE COMMON AND THEREFORE ARE NOT ABLE TO AGREE LET ALONE GIVE CONSENT.
THE APPLICATION TO PINS FOR CONSENT TO CARRY OUT WORKS IS SUBJECT TO FALSE REPRESNTATION.
