The solicitor acting for members of butterfly conservation has made that statement also, incredibly, John Davis has also made the same written statement.
So,what have BC purchased? there is or has ever been disclosed,evidence of their claims to a conveyance/purchase been effected, there is however a lease agreement which I have seen, disclosed by Philip Cookson of Roythorne & co solicitors for prees heath ltd, there was no evdence put before the Crown Court Shrewsbury of title deeds,vesting or any other lawful rights to grant conv eyance/easements.
Roythorne & Co, through Philip Cookson disclosed a conveyance which I stated to be false representation and copy of a Covenant to a property claimed not to be aware of, but nevertheless a further false statement by Roythorne & Co, Paul Osborne of that company expressed to me to be a "conveyance solicitor, if that is his capabilities, it would not be safe to allow to act as conveyance solicitor for leggo land.
Sir David Attenborough, who's name members of butterfly conservation use as a gate/door opener, have not brought these mtters to his attention, failure to disclose is another case under the 2006 fraud act to consider, my attempts at making contact with Mr Attenborough has been twarted by the likes of julie williams,john davis,martin warren and stephen lewis, so for the time being I must say that he is not aware of the situation yet the Bristol Natural History do know.
Mathew Gull, in his haste to make a programe the nature of britain, ignored requests for an investigation into the claims by BC on ownership of this common land, even though documentation was made available, instead he preferred to mislead TV viewers,and misuse of licence money.
Anyway, the courts will investigate the fraud and collusion by BC,NE,Prees Heath Ltd etc
