Says Adrienne YentisA friend of mine recently was riding on the heath
and she came across a group of cattle strung out across the bridlepath with no way through – the only way off was to turn round. Fortunately her horse
remained calm throughout. But you can imagine how a nervous horse might react ........... read more

Tony Barnett's letter to Eric Pickles MP,
Secretary of State, Communities and Local Government

forwarded to other Government Departments

"The correspondence clerk at this office, without any knowledge of or understanding of the contents of letters/emails, forwarded the same on to other departments.

My correspondence, although common lands are mentioned, are not meant to be forwarded, because the criminal activities are by local government or caused to be enacted by local government"

Says Tony Barnett

Says Tony Barnett The correspondence clerk at this office, without any knowledge of or, understanding of the contents of letters/emails, forward the same on to other departments.

My correspondence, although common lands are mentioned, are not meant to be forwarded, because the criminal activities are by local government or caused to be enacted by local government.

The Communities and Local Government office should be investigating the corruption by those that are employed by local government, common lands registration is held by the registration departments of the various county councils, so any false representations to the planning inspectorate can be halted by those same county councils instead of colluding with members of charities( who are not entitled to HLS) to gain funding from the equally corrupt Natural England.

I will therefore, urge those with complaints of common lands being enclosed, to write to their local council and forward the same to the Department of Communities and Local Government.

Applications to local councils for access to all documents that relate to common land ownership, rights and registration as common land, are by rights accessible, on request at all reasonable times, you should apply to see and take copies.

"Save Penwith Moors found the same thing happening so many times, under the Labour administration and the present one. Letters to Ministers ended up being passed down the chain, and across country, to the very people we were complaining about! "

Save Penwith Moors found the same thing happening so many times, under the Labour administration and the present one. Letters to Ministers ended up being passed down the chain, and across country, to the very people we were complaining about! The intended recipient never had a clue about our concerns because they never saw them!

Is this not a breach of the Telecommunications Act? A letter addressed to a specific recipient should reach that recipient and not passed on to others. Imagine that mail being important and addressed to you - only you never see it, and it gets delivered to someone you don't want it viewed by. Not acceptable, is it? Or lawful.

All future correspondence to "named recipient only--subject to litigation". I need to look at the Data Protection Act as well.

We moved to a Shropshire location a year ago having surveyed the local OS map and noted the significant number of bridleways around the property. Sadly the map appears a total fiction. Scarce any of the bridleways are usable ........... read more
