Says Adrienne Yentis

Says Adrienne YentisA friend of mine recently was riding on the heath
and she came across a group of cattle strung out across the bridlepath with no way through – the only way off was to turn round. Fortunately her horse
remained calm throughout. But you can imagine how a nervous horse might react ........... read more

Fraud Act 2006

Tony Barnett writes to the Minister for Policing and Justice, Damian Green MP.

"The laws against corruption are not being dealt with, the seeds of corruption, court room fraud and total lack of support by the constabulary is now endemic, members of the public and those with other rights are being prosecuted AND convicted, through criminal procedures/vexatious complaints when the the matters are of a civil nature."

Says Tony Barnett

Says Tony Barnett The last person holding your post "Nick Herbert", rudely told myself and another person to "go away" and not to bother him on matters that he held post.

I have identified the 2006 Fraud act in my address to you, which the police in the area I have reported( and in which others copied have reported) refuse to examine/investigate these criminal activities, as you will see I have named West Mercia, accusing them of not investigating the Fraudulent activities, which is endemic in Shropshire to include the authority and Courts of the area.

Others, may ,subject to my email to you will name and shame their local and county police that refuse to investigate the crimes of false representation and using property as collateral to gain funding from the equally corrupt central government body Natural England in collusion to "steal" common land.

The common lands which are being stolen and used as collateral are the ones, identified by the Commons Commissioner as section 9 for the 1965 CRA, this registration by the Commissioner was to identify commons where no owners could be traced, to the day, no owners with the necessary "Pre-registration of Titles" still cannot be traced and as such the common lands are "Vested" into the protection of the councils for protection of registered rights, rights of public open access and from criminal agendas.

Damian Green MPThe vesting Minister, bestowed no "Jurisdiction".

Under the commons registration act is section 4-1, which requires the authorities to Compile and maintain registers to show Ownership, commoners rights and the decision of the commons commissioner.

Under the Parliamentary bill and Royal assent, the legislation is on the statute books and therefore are the laws of this country, designed to be upheld by our constabulary and courts and the employees of the general public,The Local Authorities.

The reason for me contacting you, you will accept is because the laws against corruption are not being dealt with, the seeds of corruption, court room fraud and total lack of support by the constabulary is now endemic, members of the public and those with other rights are being prosecuted AND convicted, through criminal procedures/vexatious complaints when the the matters are of a civil nature.

The police refuse to request evidence from the complainants to show proof of their claims, the courts refuse access to disclosure and referrals to the correct courts, these actions by the courts are in breach of human rights articles 7 ( there is no punishment without law) this the police should have examined before making arrests.

Article 6 of the convention provides the public to have evidence disclosed, witness summonses, to be in an open court and to examine or have examined the complainants/evidence, in Shropshire and Worcester, to my experience, have been refused.

The legislation provided in the 2006 commons act, the power of any member of the public to enforce against unlawful works on common land, no evidence is available to show ownership/freehold title to these lands, therefore article 7 of the European convention on human rights "no punishment without law" is totally ignored.

This email has as you will see, has gone out to others that suffer abuse of their rights, no doubt they too will email you.

In conclusion may I stress, this is not for DEFRA, it is for your department to examine/investigate under the 2006 fraud act.

We moved to a Shropshire location a year ago having surveyed the local OS map and noted the significant number of bridleways around the property. Sadly the map appears a total fiction. Scarce any of the bridleways are usable ........... read more
