Says Tony Barnett Two baliff's came to take me down to Winston Green prison because I will not pay for alleged damages and also because the Judge was committing court room fraud in dealing with these matters, of course I refused to go with them and viable reasons were given, they seemed to agree with my reasons and then phoned the prison and baliff's office to that effect.

When you consider that all concerned with the common land CL21 not one sheet of evidence to show I was guilty of any criminal offence was or can be disclosed, this then is in breach of my human rights as is provided under article 7 of that act.

I accept that it is difficult for anyone to follow the route I have always taken but your rights are carved in stone, but that does not guarantee you will be given judgement especially by local courts, this is because they always defend council,police etc, but you should not let that stop you.
