Any member of the public may register a claim

My involvement in such lands is vast and as such the replies and advice, based on such matters is correct and subject to the various legislation involved with property and public rights, therefore I would expect local authorities to hold information that was delivered by the Commons Commissioner on public open lands eg, commons, as the National Parks only hold by investiture such lands, without holding such lawful consents by the grantors through full disclosure of title to pre date 1189 then National Parks do not hold lawful occupation rights.
As the land was not registered as freehold for the 1925 and 1936 lands registery act/1925 law of property act, then the registration at Land registry will not be conclusive as the land is not freehold, then any member of the public may register a claim, this may also extinguish any claim by the National Parks because there will not be any pre-registration of title deeds to pre-date 1189, the vesting of the land/property may only be completed through full disclosure.
May I draw your attention to the 2006 fraud act "false representation"
