Frensham Common

Tony Barnett writes to Diane James UKIP MEP,
councillor at Waverley Borough council.

"Please also request copies of pre registration of title deeds to pre date 1189 and conveyances documents from both Waverley Council and the National Trust, "

Says Tony Barnett

Says Tony Barnett Relating to the fraudulent activities by Waverley Borough Council, National Trust, Farnham Angling Society and the Sailing and Yacting club on Frensham ponds, my request is for MEP Diane James to investigate the (my) statements, these crimes have gone on for far too long, aided and abetted by the lands registry where false documents have been created and supported by the Chief Constable Lynne Owens, also where the Chief Constable will not demand full disclosure of evidence to support claims, also, where the theft act of 1968 schedule 1, will not be investigated, which is a police matter

Evidence of my statements that the common lands and ponds are registered with rights of common over and on Frensham common, however, the common lands are not freehold and subject to the lands registration acts 1925 and 1936, but were registered in accordance with the 1965 act section 9, by the commons commissioner to show no owners could be traced, these records/plans may be obtained from Helen Gilbert at Surrey Council, the plans will show RO, this means referance only.

Please also request copies of pre registration of title deeds to pre date 1189 and conveyances documents from both Waverley Council and the National Trust, both claiming rights to grants of easement, deeds of grant.

MP's need to manage benine exposure, they need to develop a reputation for taking initiatives that service the citizen, some cases have been prepared that have the potential to deliver easy successes for any MP that will benefit all MP's. In addition, they need to be ready to give remedy advice when corruption is exposed, it needs to be phased, it needs acknowledge the problem, the scale of it and then reveal credible remedies.

Cases have been prepared that support credible remedies, above all, they need to avoid squabbling between themselves or anything else that provides reasonable grounds for objective observers to suspect they, or some of them, represent organised crime, the 2012 Royal Commission supports the ridance of MP's and Judges that support crime and criminals.
