Says Naomi SmithIt is all too possible to round a corner on horseback and come upon a group of cattle with no prior warning -this WILL result in a horse being badly spooked at best, bolting at worst -it is only a matter of time ........... read more

Frensham Common, Surrey

Tony Barnett writes to Mr Jeremy Hunt, MP for South West Surrey

"It is, I submit, criminal activity"

Says Tony Barnett

Says Tony BarnettAs a member of the public it is my right to bring to the attention of the local authority or the MP of the area,if, the local government will not, however there are members of MP Hunts constituency that due to the complexity of legislation on common land law/rights on and over common land, conveyance and acts of fraud, of which I have a greater understanding through experience, members of the public that have or are having difficulty of lawful open access because of fraudulent claims, make contact with me from different sources.

Frensham Commons of which there 3, two consist of ponds with commoners right and one of open land also with commoners rights, the entire common and ponds were registered as S 9 of the 65 act but since the 2006 act are now S 45 with the acts still intact.

Surrey County County after a long campaign have disclosed to me documents to show that they hold no title deeds to pre-date 1189 or any lawful grants of easement, the borough council at Waverley, knowing this entered into a lease agreement with National Trust, who themselves have no locus stan-di to lease the common land from NT and applied to PINS for consent as having the consent from the owner, "Fraud by false representation, see the 2006 fraud act).

Both Waverley council and trust have also leased off the ponds for water sports sailing and fishing, both unlawful, to add to that council and trust are using property as collateral to gain funding from the anglers at £7,150 the amount paid by the sailing club is not known to me, but confirmation that payment is made to council and trust.

The anglers and sailing clubs are in turn taking money from their members as subscriptions, this is out and out fraud and although they are in receipt of evidence to the collusion and fraud, it is being ignored, however, I do have enough to apply to the courts under section 41 of the 2006 act, it is I submit is criminal activity that MP's are able to become involved and that is my statement giving reasons to bring these matters to MP Hunt, the names etc that have brought me into this will always be with held.

It is also my right without being a constituent to bring this to any minister where such fraud and collusion is endemic and request action.

Says Linda WrightWe moved to a Shropshire location a year ago having surveyed the local OS map and noted the significant number of bridleways around the property. Sadly the map appears a total fiction. Scarce any of the bridleways are usable ........... read more
