Legal Blackmail because of his fight for access to public land
Says Tony Barnett
The West Mercia criminal court debt collector stated that i was to be arrested for non compliance with a court order to pay for "alleged damage on common land owned by butterfly trust".
I challenged them to arrest me, and chose to appear at Shrewsbury, I was told that there were no free dates for this to happen, so I chose Telford, again I was told that there were no dates available, so then I said when you come and arrest me, how long do I stay in police custody? no answer, well how can you arrest me without being able to arrange a court hearing?
There was a funny smell and it wasn't coming from me, so I stated that if I am arrested I will take out a prosecution for wrongful arrest and false imprisonment.
The smell is evaporating.
