Rights of Way champion, Tony Barnett, is scheduled to pay costs of his last "freedom" trial on December 19 2011. He explains the background to the trial and why he is determined not to pay

• CLAIMS BY MEMBERS OF BUTTERFLY CONSERVATION, SUPPORTED BY MEMBERS/EMPLOYERS AT NATURAL ENGLAND, SHROPSHIRE CC, OWNER OF PREES HEATH LTD, LEGAL DIRECTOR AT THE RURAL PAYMENTS AGENCY, TO BE SUMMONSED TO COURT FOR QUESTIONING AND FOR DISCLOSURE OF ALLEGEDLY HELD DOCUMENTATION SHOWING TITLES AND OTHER RIGHTS.

It is with a sense of democratic disempowerment that I bring yet another chain of allegations of autocratic and centralised unlawfullness to your attention.

These are focused on the already powerful adopting powers to which they have no right and influencing the police and less well informed judiciary to act as vehicles for enforcement!

Please read, my friend,Tony Barnett's* very serious allegations which have, over 8 years,failed to be addressed and which have some commonality with my own experiences in that ANY case studies of centralised unlawfullness fail to be addressed and thus the institutional establishment of ANY PRACTISE achieving agenda targets, rather than best practise, are deeply rooted.

It was also, with some surprise and disbelief, that Tony related to me the fact that grant funders and the Charity Commission stated that they could not investigate. Power cannot be assumed. Respect must be earned and equality,under the law, reestablished or the right to judge the 'common' man is forfeited.

Your inheritance from a Labour administration appears to be insurmountable unless you act now to support your professed 'big society' and'localism' objectives. If accountability within the law cannot be implanted within those paid through the public purse then accountability on any basis is lost.

I urge you to investigate as the law is,possibly, the UK's greatest heritage (Common Land represents an 800yr heritage within that) and the glue which links us one to the other.
