Yateley Common, Hampshire

Yateley Commons Association apply to be put on owners register

"The application by Yateley Commons Association is lawful, there being no false representation as being owners"

Says Tony Barnett

Says Tony Barnett A claim has been made to be put on the owners register, of the whole of Yateley Common by Yateley Commons Association, the claim is in the office of the commons registration office awaiting a response.

As the Common land is not freehold and was not registered as demesne lands of any estate 1925 1936 lands act, then the land is not subject to any regulation but subject to section 9, now 45 of common lands legislation act's and therefore no one has jurisdiction to make grants of easement, deeds of grant or conveyance, and as the application by Yateley Commons Association is lawful, there being no false representation as being owners.

I have made several requests for evidence to claims of ownership, but none have been disclosed, this will be due to the commons commissioners decision when vesting the lands into the care of the registration authorities but it gave no jurisdiction.

In the defence of the natural phenomena of the common land, Yateley Commons Association made the application to be put on the register of ownership (if any).
