His Honour Judge Robin Onions has just adjourned the case against Tony Barnett until next year.

Tony Barnett has, however, issued this warning to Butterfly Conservation

"Today you will no doubt be aware that again I am on unconditional bail, free to access land, registered in my name, prees heath. "

"To prevent me from again removing the unlawful impediments, gates ditches etc you will need to take out an injunction."

"It is my intention to cause the removal of the impediments from today onwards."
