In following ex police commissioner Lord Blair's advice and in defending the right of the common man to assume his rights in law not one person of substance has taken the time to actually look at the lawfulness of the actions you demonstrated against.

In removing illegal obstructions erected by organisations purporting ownership(and supported by other NGO's)of public land but having NO preregistration documents(no proof of ownership-modern claim jumping) you supplied the necessary leads for those prosecuting you to establish the rectitude of your actions and avoid the state sanctioned bullying you currently are suffering.

Yes,you were principled in not paying the fine levied.The temerity to challenge a judgement within which the detail of legal knowledge was missing(why do judges judge without a detailed knowledge of the particular law?) but WHY within the law has the long standing misappropriation of land followed by the imposition of regimes that are contra to law not treated with equal vigour!!!

In failing to investigate,regardless of motivation,the problems you have uncovered become state sanctioned.

From our own experience, we know that Natural "England" has broken several laws in enforcing their sinister and damaging schemes, so maybe we should be taking those to the police,with officer names, and demand that they prosecute.

In West Penwith, NE has broken the Highways act, the Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Areas Act, the CRoW Act and the Aarhus Convention, as well as acts relating to disabled access and, we believe, criminal trespass.

Tony should not being going through this when he is upholding the law by taking action against unlawful acts. Why is the legal system ignoring the illegal actions of the "authorities"?
