Public open access land, bridleways, foot paths and common lands

Tony Barnett writes to Nigel Farrage.

"I thought that my party UKIP would have helped to force investigation of maladministration/misconduct in public office by local authorities."

Says Tony Barnett

Says Tony Barnett Good Morning Nigel. I am somewhat stumped by an email from David Challis at head office telling me not to phone or email anymore over a subject where my local councils fraudulent activities to include false representations from which members of the public have gained wrongful arrests and false imprisonment whilst being under examination subject to vexatious claims.

MP's from other parties operate the "us and them" attitude once elected, although I have never joined a party until now because of the absence of the "us and them" attitude in UKIP.

I have experienced this theme during my working life when taking employment with firms that undertake councils contracts, it was from there that I never trusted anything they said or wrote.

Over the last 15 years I have been heavily engaged with public open access land, bridleways, foot paths and common lands that were/are not subject to the land registration acts 1925 & 1936, these then are manorial waste that were registered by the Commons Commissioner in 1965 Commons Registration Act and placed under section 9 of that act and placed into the protection(vested) but gave no jurisdiction.

Local authorities hold registers of persons with rights on or over the common lands to include comments from the commons commissioner so there can be no reason for the corruption, this is what I wish to remove from local government and to have a stable environment and administration.

To do this there is need for help from the national press and the only hope is to be supported politically to effect publication, in my unqualified mind I thought that my party UKIP would have helped by forwarding information to cause public involvement to force investigation of maladministration/misconduct in public office by local authorities.

Yes we want out of the EU, I never voted to go in and just like we want our judiciary back and everything taken or given away to Brussels, there is also the influence from the EU via HLS given to Natural England and then onto councils so that Natural England can claim legal occupancy of our open access countryside and then take criminal action against those that object and remove the enclosures, legally.

David Challis has taken the wrong belief and has by his email today put a stop to any negotiations I might have secured with UKIP councillors, it is the county councils and MP's that I wish to be removed as a political party from power and hopefully implant UKIP, I too have applied to become a councillor for UKIP.

Says Linda WrightWe moved to a Shropshire location a year ago having surveyed the local OS map and noted the significant number of bridleways around the property. Sadly the map appears a total fiction. Scarce any of the bridleways are usable ........... read more
