Whitchurch Heath Common, Shropshire

Tony Barnett writes to the Planning Department, Shropshire County Council

"What legal document was disclosed to have "Green Lane," blocked off/stopped up, this is the ancient/private route to properties? "

Says Tony Barnett

Says Tony BarnettI believe you have misunderstood my request, on application to the planning department, to develop/alter property, the correct information to show ownership/title deeds are required to be disclosed/accompany each application.

No such deeds, or lawful conveyance documents are available where ownership of the " Prees vehicle park" or lawful occupation of the same parcel of Whitchurch Heath Common CL21 land, or as the aka prees heath are in existence, and as such, there is no land registration document created.

Applications to your planning department to develop the Warren House was granted consent for Mr & Mrs James, and later after an alleged conveyance to a Mr Roddick, who allegedly purchased the property for £600,000, no title deeds, no conveyance, yet consent to develop was given by Shropshire planning office.

Applications for consent to build a dwelling house on Whitchurch Heath Common CL21 claiming ownership but as prees heath was given, what evidence was disclosed to show legal ownership of the land?

Applications as owners of the of the Hangars on CL21, as Prees heath was also given consent was given to Malcolm Harrison to develop the buildings, change of use and to develop the land so occupied by the hangars, what legal ownership/title deeds, conveyance documents were disclosed when applying for consent?

What legal document was disclosed to have "Green Lane," blocked off/stopped up, this is the ancient/private route to properties and to have a "new vehicular access developed" (prohibited under the 2006 commons act).

Legal documentation to allow planning consent for the unlawful impediments ie gates, ditches, the felling of trees and shrubs, the ploughing and burning on the common land, in fact all legal documentation disclosed to this councils planning office.

Those are the documents I require to be disclosed under FOI.

Says Linda WrightWe moved to a Shropshire location a year ago having surveyed the local OS map and noted the significant number of bridleways around the property. Sadly the map appears a total fiction. Scarce any of the bridleways are usable ........... read more
