The firm, flat sands of Holkam and Wells beaches, the number-one holiday spot for the Household Cavalry, are nearby.
They can be reached with little or no road work. There is both pasture and stabling
for the horses. For riders there are camping and caravan facilities, including
a luxury 6-berth caravan. They are open all the year round.
